Keith Stubbs
Keith Stubbs is the Founder and Director of BATTER-UP. Keith has operated the Reviving Baseball in Inner Cities program in Washington, D.C. since 1998. He also works as a scout for the Philadelphia Phillies and has worked in over a dozen middle schools, high schools, and colleges around the Washington, D.C. area as a coach and leader.

Jonas Singer
Jonas Singer is the Deputy Director. He currently is the Head Coach at Bethesda-Chevy Chase High School after two seasons coaching with Catholic University. He has a Masters degree from Johns Hopkins University and played baseball for Washington University in St. Louis. Jonas has coached baseball in Montgomery County and has several years of experience working with non-profits.

Jacques Lagrange
Jacques Lagrange graduated from Arch Bishop Carrol as a standout in both baseball and football. He attended Florida A & M University before returning to the D.C. area. He is currently the co-head coach of the Thurgood Marshall PCS football team and a full-time mentor/coach with BATTER-UP.

Eddie Tolbert
Eddie is a native of North Carolina and a lifelong lover of baseball. He played baseball at Florida A & M University, excelling as a speedy centerfielder. He has worked with the Fields of Dreams program for 7 years and has extensive experience working with the youth of inner-city D.C.
